It all begins with a strange rain falling… a spirited young pop journalist arrives in town for reasons unknown and befriends a somewhat reclusive ex-Judge with a skeleton in his closet. Over fireside chats, long evenings and bottles of Glenfiddich she opens her past to him and transports him on a magical journey. Through her stories the Judge slowly awakens and yearns to live again and preserve the belle amitié between them. But in the end he finds, like life, she is as intangible and elusive as a song… and the memories it leaves behind.

SIERRA is a fantasy novel inspired by a hauntingly beautiful song, and is written as a duology. This is Volume I.
